Based on the most exciting of combat sport, this programme builds endurance, strength and sends your confidence sky-high. You will also find it much easier to stay consistent and reach your full potential by training in a team environment.

Finding a fitness routine you can enjoy should not be a difficult task. The cardio intensity experienced in a kickboxing class is extreme, and that is why when we think of kickboxers we always imagine that most toned, ripped physique out of all mixed martial arts practitioners.


A single kickboxing class can burn anywhere from 600-1200 calories depending on intensity.

We kick bags until we are drenched in sweat, but also practice drills with other team members. The results are always the same: Fat melts, muscles get toned and your reflexes and determination achieve levels you never experienced before

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be fit to get started?

No. Most ladies who take our 4 week trial, have never thought about martial arts training before and never been to the gym. One of the main benefits in joining with us is that you will get fitter & stronger without even realising.

Everyone is encouragae to push them selves but at the same time work at a pace that you can handle.

Am I too old?

Absolutely Not! Our classes are suitable to everyone from 13years plus.

The eldest last in our programme is 65!

Are the instructors female?

Our instructors are male, but we fully understand and respect that some women may prefer not to work with men, whether for religious or personal reasons. Our instructors are very conscious of this and take care to ensure that all students feel comfortable in the class. If you prefer not to be in physical contact with a male instructor, they will work from a distance and avoid any direct contact, ensuring that your training experience is still safe, respectful, and enjoyable.

What should I wear?

As part of the trial programme you will receive our training kit for free and on your first class we will make sure we have your sizes to get everything ready for you.

Until you get your FSMA Training Kit - just wear something comfortable that you can move around in; Leggings/Joggers/Shorts and Tshirt tend to be the normal.

Whats included in the trial?

Your trial will be 4 complete weeks of unlimited training (upto 4 classes per week). PLUS Free training kit worth (£40) and if you decided to continue at the end of your trial, we will include your first years membership (includes insurance) absolutely free.

How long are the classes?

Our classes length varies a little but they range from 40mins to 60mins depending on day of the week. This is due to our schedule and ensure we can run enough classes to fit everyone one. But dont worry, in the shorter classes you will feel like you've worked out for more than an hour :-)
